We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance and Quality Control professional to join our team in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. This internship-level role is ideal for applicants with a bachelor’s degree who are looking to develop hands-on experience in quality assurance and quality control within a dynamic, manufacturing, or service-driven environment. The successful candidate will support QA/QC activities, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in line with company policies and industry standards.
- Support incoming, in-process, and final product inspections, and document results accurately in the quality records system.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address non-conformances.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and checklists to ensure consistent quality practices.
- Monitor process performance metrics and prepare basic quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, procurement, and safety) to identify and implement quality improvements.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring documentation is complete and audit findings are addressed timely.
- Support calibration activities and equipment validation as required by the QMS.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Management) from an accredited institution.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience or internship exposure in QA/QC environments; fresh graduates with strong QA interest may be considered.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and quality tools (5 Whys, Cause-and-Effect diagrams, Pareto analysis).
- Familiarity with inspection methods, measurement equipment, and statistical process control concepts is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Language: English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for local coordination.
