Role Description This full-time Coordinator role at RITIS is an on-site position based in Al Khobar. The Coordinator will support daily operational activities, including scheduling, organizing project documentation, and assisting with coordination between technical teams, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, preparing status reports, maintaining records, and helping ensure that deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. The role also involves handling internal communication, following up on action items, and supporting logistics such as meeting arrangements and resource allocation. The Coordinator will contribute to a smooth workflow by proactively addressing issues, escalating risks when necessary, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain high service levels. Qualifications Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with digital project tracking tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
