As part of the ongoing expansion of the client's training programs, there is an urgent requirement for an HVAC Technical Trainer (TT1) to join their dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for experienced HVAC professionals with a strong background in technical training and vocational education who are passionate about developing the next generation of skilled technicians
Key Responsibilities Maintain and ensure the readiness of all workshop equipment for lessons. Manage workshop stores effectively. Support instructional staff in delivering the pipefitting curriculum in the workshop. Assist trainees in achieving their full potential through hands-on guidance and mentorships. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs. Adhere to and uphold the Quality Policy of the institute Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by senior instructors or management
Minimum Requirements Technical/Engineering Diploma in HVAC or a closely relatedfield. Technical Training experience - 3 years At least 3 years of relevant industrial experience in pipefitting. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills Prior experience in the Middle East. Competency in IT (Windows-based applications) and effective presentation Previous experience in training or instructional
