Position Summary
The HR Business Partner Associate (Part-Time) supports the HRBP Manager in delivering HR services and initiatives across the business. This role acts as a key point of coordination between employees, managers, and HR, assisting with employee relations, HR operations, reporting, organizational initiatives, and day-to-day HR activities. This position is ideal for early-career HR professionals seeking exposure to HR Business Partnering within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role focuses on execution, coordination, analysis, and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in strategic HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Support
- Support the HRBP Manager in executing HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and business updates.
- Coordinate follow-up actions from HRBP meetings with business leaders.
- Maintain accurate HR records and organizational data.
Employee Relations Support
- Assist with employee inquiries and routine employee relations matters.
- Support investigations, documentation, and case management activities as directed by the HRBP Manager.
- Ensure employee concerns are tracked and escalated appropriately.
- Promote a positive employee experience through timely and professional support.
Talent & Performance Support
- Support performance management cycles and related communications.
- Assist with talent review preparation and organizational updates.
- Coordinate learning and development activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes when required.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Analyze HR metrics including headcount, turnover, hiring progress, and employee data.
- Support workforce reporting requests from business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and reporting tools.
Organizational & Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and maintain action trackers for HRBP activities.
- Assist in policy communication and employee awareness initiatives.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree) in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Organizational Development
- Related field
Experience
0 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Talent Acquisition, or related fields. Internship or cooperative training experience in HR is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
