Job Purpose:
Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and to high standards. Manage the work team, monitor vehicle readiness, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for vehicles.
- Distribute tasks among technicians and monitor their execution according to priorities.
- Ensure the quality of maintenance and repair work before vehicle delivery.
- Monitor vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.
- Prepare a schedule for routine maintenance and monitor compliance.
- Coordinate with management to provide spare parts and necessary materials.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and report on needs.
- Implement safety and health procedures within the maintenance area.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance and vehicle status.
- Train and guide technicians to enhance their skills.
- Handle emerging faults and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance area and ensure the preservation of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Experience of 3-5 years in vehicle maintenance, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanics, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulics).
- Ability to diagnose faults and analyze their causes.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and workshop management (if available).
