Position Summary
The Sales Executive is the front-line representative of the brand, responsible for achieving monthly vehicle sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience across the full sales journey.
The role combines structured lead management, strong customer engagement, and commercial awareness to drive unit sales, F&I penetration, and trade-in conversions. By maintaining disciplined pipeline management and delivering a consistent showroom experience, the Sales Executive directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV), and brand reputation.
The position requires a results-driven approach, strong product knowledge, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful sales while maintaining compliance with dealership and OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
• Achieve monthly unit sales targets across new and used vehicles in line with dealership and brand objectives
• Deliver targets on Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, extended warranties, accessories, and trade-in conversions
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage across all enquiry channels to support consistent sales performance
• Follow structured sales processes including needs analysis, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
Lead & Customer Management
• Manage walk-in, telephone, and digital enquiries within defined response time standards
• Capture accurate and complete customer information (Iqama / National ID, contact details, preferences) within CRM / DMS systems
• Conduct structured customer engagement including needs analysis, vehicle demonstration, test drives, and follow-ups
• Maintain continuous follow-up on open leads to improve conversion rates and reduce lost opportunities
Product & Market Knowledge
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, features, and current marketing campaigns
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends to effectively handle customer objections
• Complete all mandatory OEM and dealership training programmes to maintain product and process knowledge
Customer Experience & NPS
• Deliver a premium and consistent showroom experience aligned with brand standards from first contact to vehicle handover
• Coordinate with Handover Specialists, Service teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, generate referrals, and protect NPS / CSV performance
• Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and brand loyalty
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure full compliance with OEM standards, regulatory requirements, and internal sales processes including KYC and financing documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, pipeline activity, and customer interactions within CRM / DMS systems
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager
• Ensure proper documentation for every transaction including quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation
Skills
Educational Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of automotive retail sales experience within a franchised dealership environment in KSA
• Proven track record of achieving unit sales targets, F&I penetration, and trade-in conversions
• Experience handling high-volume showroom environments is strongly preferred
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for lead tracking and sales pipeline management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Understanding of F&I products, financing structures, and basic deal calculations
• Ability to manage customer data, reporting, and sales documentation with high accuracy
• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license
