About the Role

Toloka Annotators is seeking Freelance Annotators (English) - AI Trainers to contribute to the development and improvement of artificial intelligence. This is a remote, freelance, project-based opportunity for individuals interested in contributing to AI advancements.

Role Overview

Annotation plays a crucial role in helping AI systems understand and interpret the world. As an AI Trainer, you will participate in online projects that involve tasks such as rating AI-generated content, evaluating factual accuracy, and comparing different responses. Participation in projects is contingent on their availability and your profile matching project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of provided data, which may include text, images, or videos.
• Label or classify content according to specific project guidelines.
• Identify and report any content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.

Project Compensation

This is project-based work, and tasks are available when projects are active. Compensation levels vary per project based on scope and required expertise. For this specific AI Trainer project, earnings are equivalent to up to $17 per hour.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in any professional role.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to understand and follow complex instructions.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions.
• A genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
