Job Summary:

The Hostess position in Shangri-la Jeddah is more than the regular duties of greeting and serving the guests but dazzling and delighting the guests by creating memorable dining experience in the Food & Beverage outlet by living the Shangri-la Standards. 

As a Hostess, we rely on you to 

• Obsess over delighting guests and create wow moments.
• Get the restaurant ready before service.
• Seamlessly coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely service to the guest.
• Ensuring the billing is done appropriately and posted accordingly.
• Follow the Shangri-la Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Assist fellow colleagues in the success of the F&B outlet.
• Assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth meal operations.

What we're looking for

• Strong English skills
• Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
