المرشح المطلوب
ما ستقوم به
الإشراف الفني: مراجعة drawings الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية وحزم التصميم للأنابيب ومحطات الضخ والصمامات ومرافق التخزين لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المحلية.
تنسيق المشروع: العمل كنقطة اتصال مركزية بين ممثلي العميل والمقاولين والاستشاريين الفرعيين وفرق الهندسة الداخلية للحفاظ على خطوط اتصال واضحة.
المراقبة الميدانية وضمان الجودة: إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمراقبة تقدم البناء، والتأكد من الالتزام بالتصاميم المعتمدة وبروتوكولات السلامة، وحل القضايا الفنية في الميدان.
الجدول والتتبع التقدمي: متابعة جداول المشروع، وتتبع مراحل المقاول، وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة مبكرًا، والمساعدة في تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية.
طلبات المعلومات والاعتمادات: إدارة وتسهيل مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs)، واعتمادات المواد، والرسومات التنفيذية لتسريع حركة البناء بشكل فعال.
التقارير: إعداد تقارير تقدم أسبوعية وشهرية شاملة، ومذكرات فنية، وعروض تقديمية لقيادة Parsons والعميل.
المهارات المطلوبة التي ستجلبها
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو البيئية أو الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة التصاعدية في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية.

Desired Candidate Profile
What You'll Be Doing
Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design packages for (pipelines, pump stations, valves, and storage facilities) to ensure compliance with project requirements and local standards.
Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between client representatives, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to maintain clear lines of communication.
Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to approved designs and safety protocols, and resolve technical issues in the field.
Schedule & Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track contractor milestones, identify potential delays early, and help implement corrective actions.
RFIs and Submittals: Manage and expedite the review of Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, and shop drawings to keep construction moving efficiently.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for Parsons leadership and the client.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects.
