About us: "FR8" is a technology-driven logistics platform that connects shippers and verified truck owners across India to simplify and streamline long-haul truck bookings and freight movement.

 Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

 Facilitate the connection between customers with available loads and nearby truckers to ensure efficient dispatching.

 Monitor shipment progress and provide accurate, timely status updates to customers.

 Maintain strong, positive relationships with both customers and trucking partners to support smooth operations.

 Coordinate with truckers after unloading to assign new loads and optimize fleet utilization.

 Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading and unloading of cargo.

 Proactively address any operational issues to ensure seamless end-to- end logistics flow.

 10-20% HR responsibilities

 Effective negotiation skills

 Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

 Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 Language required: Spoken Arabic & Hindi, (English will be an added advantage)

 Must be a citizen of Saudi (KSA).
