We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist customers with product selections, pricing, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required to promote company offerings and generate leads.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (جامعي) required; field of study relevant to the role is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver results.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within the region.
