We are seeking a Projects Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mixed-use developments in Madinah, with a combined value of approximately SAR 2 billion. This role will oversee project delivery end-to-end, managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex, high-profile assets. With a significant land bank and an expanding portfolio of mixed-use and hospitality-led developments, the organisation operates a lean, high-performing model across investment, development, and asset management functions. • 15-20 years' experience in construction and development delivery • Proven track record delivering at least one full hospitality tower project (A-Z) • Strong site execution expertise is essential • Experience with high-rise (approx. 18 floors) developments preferred • Background in civil engineering (architecture considered with strong delivery focus) • Previous exposure to the KSA market is highly desirable • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams • Comfortable operating in lean teams with high ownership and responsibility
