Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of air-cooled chiller systems.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-cooled chillers, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues within chiller systems, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with air-cooled chiller systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 Universal or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the HVAC industry.
