About the Role:

To maximize production and thereby profit of the farm by planning and organizing all farm activities within his areas of responsibility and making the most efficient use of all resources at this disposal.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Diploma in Poultry Processing/Food Technology or related discipline
• Certificate in Supervisory Management is desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP & ISO standards.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a Poultry /Food environment
• Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management team regarding production and maintenance activities
• Conduct Internal Quality /HACCP Audits.
• Propose modification/process optimization to improve service level of department
• People Management skills
• Ability to communication effectively verbally and written.
