Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a specific industry.

  • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are considered a strong asset.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
