About the Role
Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team that reflects Four Seasons service culture and brand values. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support the successful pre-opening and ongoing staffing of the resort.
What You Will Do Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for all operational and leadership positions across the resort.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with pre-opening timelines and workforce plans.
Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver timely, quality hires.
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visa processes, and Four Seasons recruitment standards.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and hiring metrics.
Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice through branding, job fairs, and networking initiatives.
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What You Bring Minimum 4 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in a pre-opening environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
