Roles & Responsibilities
We currently have an opportunity for Director of Rooms to join our Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea opening team! Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Housekeeping. Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training, and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests, and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning, and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met. You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Our Ideal Director of Rooms candidate will have: Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality. You will ideally have hotel opening experience, and expertise in Opera, HotSOS, and Birchstreet. You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
