Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy aligned with the company's brand voice and business objectives in the Saudi market.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across key social platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat) by creating engaging, culturally relevant content.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and sentiment, responding promptly and professionally to build strong relationships.
- Proactively identify and engage with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility and foster positive brand perception.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and customer relations, preferably within the Saudi market.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a keen understanding of Saudi cultural nuances.
