Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across multiple MEP projects
- Establish technical standards, procedures, and best practices for mechanical systems delivery
- Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and value engineering proposals
- Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on complex technical matters
- Mentor and develop mechanical engineers, ensuring capability growth and technical excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering; master s degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within large-scale MEP contracting projects
- In-depth expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building services systems
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness, technical decision-making, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
