Roles & Responsibilities

In line with overall product strategy, the Medical Manager is a customer-facing responsible for supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Area, providing scientific information, helping design & organize clinical studies, build-ing educational dialogue with MEs and regulatory stakeholders

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical enquiries accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner, including developing standard response documents where needed.
  • Provide medical and scientific input into clinical trial and research activities, including study initiation and oversight within the therapy area.
  • Support local evidence-generation activities, including non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials.
  • Build scientific partnerships across the disease journey by engaging medical experts, supporting publications, and contributing to data generation initiatives.
  • Review and approve medical and promotional materials in line with local and global compliance requirements.
  • Share actionable medical insights with cross-functional stakeholders including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Market Access, Quality, and Commercial teams.
  • Role involves 50% external stakeholder engagement and 50% office-based responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in MD, PharmD or PhD
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Affairs in pharmaceutical industry, specific experience in Neuroscience is a plus
  • Proven ability to build credible relationships with medical experts and key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and the evolving therapeutic landscape.
  • Experience translating scientific insights into meaningful cross-functional action.
  • Confidence using digital tools and data to support stakeholder engagement, insight gathering, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in a matrix environment.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
