  Our client is a leading SME company in the field of the Food Chain industry. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations in Saudi Arabia, driving financial health and supporting the company's regional growth.

  
  Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting, month-end closing, and prepare comprehensive financial statements for the Country CEO and Group CFO.

     
     

  2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and continuous financial forecasting tailored to food chain operations (food costs, wastage, and labor).

     
     

  3. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a finance team of 3 to 5 accounting professionals.

     
     

  4. Cash Flow & Cost Optimization: Monitor daily cash flow, manage working capital, and implement strict cost-control measures across all food chain outlets.

     
     

  5. Compliance & Taxation: Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations, including ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing and VAT filings.

     
     

  6. Inventory & Supply Chain Finance: Partner with logistics and kitchen operations to audit inventory controls, variance reporting, and vendor management.

     
     

  7. Strategic Analysis: Provide the executive team with data-driven financial insights, feasibility studies for new store openings, and profitability analysis.

     
     
  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    
    

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

    
    

  • Industry & Location Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in the Food Chain/F&B sector and a proven track record of working within Saudi Arabia. worked on Advanced ERP Systems preferably MS Dynamics

    
    

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a team of 3 to 5 subordinates.
