Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs, and purchase orders

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Manage logistics operations, including transportation and shipment tracking

  • Maintain inventory records and ensure stock availability

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Prepare reports on procurement and logistics activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics and/or procurement

  • Ready to join immediately

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems
