Supervision of the preparation of supplies and extensions for vehicle movement, drivers, and ensuring their requirements are met.

Inspection of vehicles to ensure their readiness before delivery to the end user.

Collection and registration of comprehensive data and information regarding vehicle movement and their locations.

Coordination with workshops to carry out necessary maintenance.

Full responsibility for managing and directing truck drivers.

Responsible for all customs procedures related to truck operations and implementing freight transport operations.

Management of direct dealings with other transport companies and working to provide external trucks if necessary.

Supervision of fuel consumption with financial management.

Monitoring customer requests and new orders and ensuring their implementation on time.

Searching for new clients and ensuring their onboarding.

Preparation and updating of transport documents.

Monitoring and closing all matters related to incidents.

Preparation and submission of reports to the direct manager regarding the extent of customer needs through the implementation of freight transport tasks.

Supervision of monitoring the speed of trucks and ensuring drivers comply with driving instructions.

Maintaining organized records for vehicles, timelines, and complete orders.

Assisting in planning routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Communication with drivers, suppliers, and clients to address any transport-related issues.

Conducting safety checks regularly on trucks.
