Health, Safety & Compliance
- Attend general safety induction and mine-specific safety training
- Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Learning & Reporting
- Prepare weekly learning summaries or short presentations
- Participate in on the job training sessions and supervisor feedback
- Complete assigned training tasks and final evaluation
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, the trainee will:
- Understand basic mining operations and workflows
- Demonstrate awareness of safety requirements in mining environments
- Gain exposure to mining equipment and production processes
- Develop professional discipline, teamwork, and communication skills
