This is a hunter Sales Manager role in which you will carry the full product portfolio across Saudi Arabia, set the pace in your territory, and be measured on results. You are a closer who knows the wood-based panels and decorative surfaces trade inside out, has the network to open doors fast, and treats every target as a line you intend to beat. Client Details Our client is a well-established UAE-based manufacturer and supplier specializing in decorative surface materials such as laminates, veneer, MDF, and plywood, primarily serving interiors and construction projects. It offers sourcing, distribution, and design-driven solutions for furniture makers, architects, and designers to enhance the look and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. Description * Drive sales of the complete portfolio - wooden boards, natural veneer, reconstituted veneer, and laminates (HPL and CPL) - across the Kingdom. * Build and execute a territory plan that consistently exceeds revenue and volume targets. * Hunt new business across manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, contractors, and specifiers - and convert it. * Grow and defend key accounts, turning first orders into long-term, repeat relationships. * Work the full value chain, from architects and designers through to procurement and dealer networks. * Own negotiations end to end - pricing, terms, and contracts - in line with commercial objectives. * Deliver sharp forecasting, clean pipeline reporting, and live market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand. * Represent the brand with authority at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings. * 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven, hard-numbers track record in wood-based panels and decorative surfaces. * Deep, hands-on product knowledge of wooden boards, natural and reconstituted veneer, and laminates (HPL and CPL) - this is non-negotiable. * Fluency in Arabic, with strong negotiation and communication skills. * Valid driving license (mandatory) and full readiness to travel across the territory. * A self-starter who works independently, takes full ownership of the number, and thrives under target pressure. * An established Saudi market network across architects, designers, contractors etc.
