The Business Consultant provides leadership in developing and executing strategic projects, offering expert statistical and financial analysis to support high.-level decision.-making. This role focuses on preparing high.-level reports, including business plans and accountability documents, spearheading data validation processes, and delivering strategic recommendations to management.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities % 30

• Provide leadership to project teams to ensure successful project execution
• Lead strategic studies on business analysis productivity and resource utilization aligning with organizational goals

Operational Roles & Responsibilities % 70

• Develop and maintain statistical reports to generate business insights
• Communicate with various stakeholders to collect required data understand needs and ensure timely reporting of strategic initiatives
• Provide analyses and summaries as assigned presenting findings to stakeholders
• Coordinate the preparation of routine and special reports for review and approval
• Collaborate with divisions and departments to understand business needs and standards
• Oversee the validation process of collected data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
• Create charts graphs and organize relevant statistics to support business activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or closely related field is required.
• Years of Experience
  • Minimum 16.-20 years with significant job responsibilities.
  • Experience in healthcare is desirable.
