Lead creative design execution to ensure high-quality, scalable, and brand-aligned visual outputs across all marketing and product touchpoints.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead creative execution across campaigns Ensure Brand & Visual System Application consistency Oversee Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation Improve creative quality standards Mentor and guide designers Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and CX teams TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Creative Concept Development & Storytelling – Proficient/Expert Creative Execution & Multi-Channel Adaptation – Expert Brand & Visual System Application – Expert Creative Production & Asset Management – Proficient Performance-Informed Creative Optimization – Proficient Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field Experience: 5+ years in graphic design or creative roles Experience leading multi-channel creative campaigns Experience applying brand systems at scale
