Job Description: ? Lead full lifecycle management of subcontracts including drafting, administration, amendments, and close-out. ? Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, variations, and contractual conditions with subcontractors. ? Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with scope, quality standards, and project timelines. ? Manage contractual risks, claims, disputes, and ensure alignment with project and client requirements.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering ? Minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction/Engineering within Oil & Gas sector ? Must have proven skills in handling large scale projects in GCC (subcontract administration, claims management, and commercial negotiations) ?
