The Role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the hotel s operational excellence and service standards. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional recruitment experience while strengthening the employer brand.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using appropriate recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
- Support onboarding processes in coordination with People & Culture.
- Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and results driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a must.
