Senior Legal Counsel

The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Senior Legal Counsel to manage the company’s legal affairs and ensure legal services meet international standards while protecting the interests of the business and its shareholders.

Candidates without the following will not be considered:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM)
• 5–7 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or with a reputed international law firm
• Strong exposure to international law and cross-border transactions
• Demonstrated experience in:  
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Corporate and Commercial Law 
  • Contract and agreement drafting and review
  • Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
