Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all sales team activities, including client meetings, presentations, and events

  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information and sales data
  • Process client inquiries, reservations, and orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and organize sales proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation
  • Manage client communications through email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance reports for management review
  • Coordinate logistics for client events, site visits, and promotional activities
  • Liaise between clients and internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales records and client information
  • Support the sales team with research, competitive analysis, and market information
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or similar administrative role

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization with integrity
  • Preferred: Experience in the hospitality, luxury resort, or tourism industry
  • Preferred: Event coordination or meeting planning experience
  • Preferred: Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, French, or other languages)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and client expectations
