Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and support all sales team activities, including client meetings, presentations, and events
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information and sales data
- Process client inquiries, reservations, and orders in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and organize sales proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation
- Manage client communications through email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance reports for management review
- Coordinate logistics for client events, site visits, and promotional activities
- Liaise between clients and internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales records and client information
- Support the sales team with research, competitive analysis, and market information
- Follow up with clients on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or similar administrative role
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization with integrity
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality, luxury resort, or tourism industry
- Preferred: Event coordination or meeting planning experience
- Preferred: Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, French, or other languages)
- Preferred: Knowledge of luxury hospitality operations and client expectations
