Roles & Responsibilities

CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Min. Experience 05 Years in civil construction supervision Middle East Oil & Gas projects Regional Requirement Mandatory Middle East O&G site experience required Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or equivalent technical discipline Work Scope Supervision of piling activities: driven piles, bored piles and vibro-compaction Oversight of concrete repair and structural rehabilitation works Quality control against approved ITP, method statements and Saudi Aramco standards Review and management of pile logs, piling records and load test data

Key Competencies

Supervise day-to-day civil and geotechnical construction activities Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and client standards Coordinate with Geotechnical Engineer and Project Manager on technical issues Verify subcontractor quality; issue, track and close NCRs in a timely manner Maintain accurate site diaries, daily progress reports and material records Attend project coordination meetings and client progress reviews Enforce PTW procedures prior to all work commencement Certifications NA Additional Notes Proficiency in reading structural and geotechnical drawings. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco QA/QC procedures is essential.
