Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Red Sea. This role assists in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction across the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of rooms, public areas, and laundry
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping team members
  • Assist in scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in controlling costs
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role

  • Resort experience is preferred
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
