About the Role:

To advise, coordinate and guide all Infant Nutrition Plant employees at all levels - on all health, safety and security issues so as to reduce the high risk working environment at the Infant Nutrition Plant to an acceptable level and to be an integral part of the Infant Nutrition Plant executive team to deliver the plant health, safety and security strategy to meet its HSS KPI’s

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Corporate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) or working towards.
• Fluent in English.
• Has managed a team of Safety professionals for at least 5 years.
• Experienced in management, influencing, and Communicating effectively with a multinational workforce at all levels.
