Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures tailored to the specific needs of projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing training and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle and devise preventative measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems, demonstrating knowledge of standard compliance.
