Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures tailored to the specific work environment.
  • Develop and implement robust HSE policies and procedures that align with local regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance at all levels.
  • Lead safety training sessions, workshops, and drills to promote a culture of safety and ensure that all employees are well-versed in emergency protocols.
  • Perform regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards, promptly addressing any deficiencies found.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HSE principles.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HSE roles within the relevant industry, demonstrating a strong practical understanding of safety protocols.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification, showcasing recognized expertise in health and safety management practices.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures tailored to specific operational contexts.
