Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and materials, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure scaffolding needs align with construction schedules and project requirements.
  • Lead and train scaffolding teams in safe work practices, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or engineering is preferred.
  • Valid scaffolding supervisor certification from a recognized authority, demonstrating proficiency in safety and operational standards.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, with a proven track record in supervisory roles on large construction sites.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting scaffold design plans, along with a strong understanding of load capacities and structural integrity.
