Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in software or IT sales to support our sales operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing software proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Manage end-to-end sales coordination, including order processing and documentation
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
- Support lead generation activities and track the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and implementation support
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software/IT sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or IT solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
