Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the document lifecycle, ensuring all documents are accurately created, reviewed, and stored in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and maintain a centralized document management system to facilitate easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of all required documentation, minimizing delays in project timelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry is essential.
  • Certifications in Document Control or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISO are highly regarded.
  • Proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is a must.
