Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the document lifecycle, ensuring all documents are accurately created, reviewed, and stored in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain a centralized document management system to facilitate easy retrieval and tracking of documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of all required documentation, minimizing delays in project timelines.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Management, or Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry is essential.
- Certifications in Document Control or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ISO are highly regarded.
- Proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and MS Office Suite is a must.
