Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize solar PV systems, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers, to integrate solar solutions seamlessly into existing infrastructures.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met without compromising quality or safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar energy project management or system engineering roles.
  • Professional certifications such as NABCEP PV Installer or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • A strong background in photovoltaic system design and simulation software, like PVsyst or HOMER.
