An experienced Operations Manager is sought for a Training Institute in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands strong market expertise and the ability to lead daily operations effectively, focusing on enhancing revenue, improving customer experience, and establishing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the institute comprehensively (programs, trainers, scheduling, quality of delivery)
- Lead and execute the sales plan to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop training products in line with market needs
- Build relationships and partnerships with companies and government entities (B2B / B2G)
- Enhance the customer journey from registration to post-training
- Monitor financial performance (revenues, costs, profitability) and make data-driven decisions
- Manage the team (sales, customer service, coordination) and enhance their capabilities
- Oversee marketing campaigns and convert them into sales results
- Ensure compliance with standards and accreditations (if applicable)
Skills
Operational:
- Experience in managing training centers or educational institutions
- High ability to organize operations and improve efficiency
- Management of multiple teams and achieving synergy among them
Sales and Business Development (Essential):
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in selling training programs to individuals and corporations
