We Are Hiring: Secretary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and effective communication within the organization.
📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA
Job Responsibilities:Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management and team members Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and documents) Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times Assist in basic office management and follow-up on assigned tasks
Requirements:Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Residence close to the employer/location will be preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus Fluency in English
