Overview:
The Senior Solutions Presales Expert is responsible for leading the development of solution strategies and designing complex, integrated offerings that address client business and technology challenges. This role partners closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with go-to-market (GTM) priorities and evolving market demand. The position requires strong client engagement capabilities, combining technical depth, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:•Lead solution strategy development for strategic and high-value opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives•Design end-to-end, scalable, and competitive solutions across multiple domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, data, digital, or integration)•Translate complex business requirements into clear, differentiated solution architectures and value propositions•Partner with sales teams to shape opportunities, qualify deals, and define winning approaches•Align solutions with go-to-market (GTM) strategies, offerings, and target market segments•Engage with clients to understand pain points, present solutions, and influence technical and business stakeholders•Lead and facilitate solution workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions with clients•Collaborate with pricing, finance, and bid teams to ensure commercially viable and competitive proposals•Ensure alignment with internal standards, governance, and compliance requirements in solution design•Contribute to reusable assets, solution frameworks, and best practices to enhance presales effectiveness•Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to continuously refine solution positioning
Qualifications:
Education:•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field•Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is a plus
Experience:•10–14 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles•Proven track record in designing and supporting complex, large-scale solutions in competitive environments•Experience in industries such as technology, system integration, digital transformation, or consulting preferred•Strong exposure to client-facing roles, including solution presentations, workshops, and technical selling
Skills & Competencies:•Broad knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes (cloud, data, applications, integration, infrastructure)•Familiarity with solution design frameworks and architecture methodologies•Understanding of GTM strategies and market positioning•Proficiency in tools such as Power Point, Visio, and solution modeling tools•Solution architecture and design across multiple technology domains•Strategic thinking and opportunity shaping•Strong commercial awareness and value-based selling•Client engagement, presentation, and influencing skills
