As a Cybersecurity Network and Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for the secure design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid network and infrastructure environments. You will lead critical cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring architectures are resilient, scalable, and aligned with security standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals. You will collaborate closely with Cyber Security leadership, IT infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to deliver and optimize key security capabilities such as EDR, NDR, PAM, and ZTNA. The role includes defining secure architecture patterns, overseeing technology deployments, and embedding security controls into daily operations. A key focus will be improving detection, investigation, and response to network and infrastructure threats, supporting incident response, audits, and risk management activities. You will also use security and operational data to enhance infrastructure performance, strengthen cyber operations, and support strategic technology initiatives within a complex airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the secure design, implementation, and operational oversight of network and infrastructure security across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Own and drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of core security capabilities, including: [ Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) , Network Detection & Response (NDR) , Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).]Define and enforce secure network and infrastructure architecture standards, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles and industry best practices. Collaborate with Cyber Security Principal Managers, ICT, and Operations teams to embed security controls into technology deployments and transformation programmes. Strengthen detection, investigation, and response capabilities related to infrastructure and network threats, supporting security operations and incident response activities. Lead infrastructure and network security assessments, vulnerability remediation planning, and continuous risk reduction initiatives. Provide technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise for audit activities, regulatory compliance, and assurance engagements. Support risk management by identifying infrastructure-related cyber risks, defining mitigation strategies, and tracking remediation progress. Ensure high levels of availability, resilience, and performance while balancing security requirements with operational needs. Establish and monitor security metrics and KPIs, leveraging operational and security data to improve performance and inform decision‑making. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and security patterns related to network and infrastructure security. Act as a trusted security advisor to stakeholders, clearly communicating risks, recommendations, and impacts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Contribute to strategic cybersecurity roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives within the Airport environment.
Requirements:
Saudi National. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computing, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Early experience supporting cybersecurity or infrastructure‑related projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams. Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills. Experience supporting internal and external audits.
