JASARA PMC invites expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Risk Manager specializing in mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead risk management activities specifically for mixed-use development projects Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of mixed-use environments Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyses throughout all project phases Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project planning and execution Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk status and trends Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a proactive risk management culture Provide insightful risk management reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related discipline Minimum of 10 years' experience in risk management, with significant exposure to mixed-use projects Proven ability to manage risk in complex, multi-disciplinary environments Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and software Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Relevant professional certifications such as PMI-RMP, CRM, or equivalent are preferred Experience working within the Middle East region is advantageous
