Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage sales operations, maintain customer records, coordinate with clients, and provide exceptional support to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Qualifications:Saudi Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to maintain professional relationships and respond effectively to client inquiries. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management. Front Desk Management: Manage the Reception area, welcoming the customers and students. Scheduling Appointments: coordinate and schedule appointments for classes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM tools are preferred Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable Working Hours: From 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Working Days: From Monday to Saturday. Weekly OFF: Sunday.
