We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Accountant. This role is critical in ensuring effective cash flow monitoring, banking operations, VAT, Zakat filing and financial control across KSA.
Key Responsibilities Monitor daily bank positions and ensure effective cash flow management Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management review Manage audits by liaising with auditors and resolving queries Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and Zakat including accurate and timely filing Perform monthly bank reconciliations, related party reconciliations, and manage book closures Manage credit control updates within customers and ERP systems (SAGE) Ensure accurate bookkeeping and system entries Handle related party transactions, including PDC issuance and fund monitoring Maintain financial records, logs, and registers in compliance with company requirements Perform monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Required Skills/Abilities: Detailed Oriented Able to Multitask Proficiency in communicating at the management level and with banks / customers Self-motivated individual with effective management skills Computer savvy with good accounting software knowledge and Microsoft excel
Education and Experience:Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting plus a qualification in accounting like CA, ACCA, CPA, ICMA etc5 years of work experience in similar role. Experience with accounting software's like SAGE.
