- Capita Technologies is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies for our IT infrastructure products and services in the Saudi market.
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and the target audience, translating complex IT solutions into compelling marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Experience : Minimum 5+ yearsEducation: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience : Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- Language : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role.
- Location : Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate immediately.
- Technical Acumen : A strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., cloud computing, networking, data centers, cybersecurity) to effectively market technical solutions.
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand and translate complex IT infrastructure concepts into clear, customer-centric marketing messages.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in required languages.
- Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Tools : Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Digital Marketing Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing software, social media management, and web analytics.
- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the creativity to develop innovative campaigns and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B Marketing : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, networking).
- Lead Generation : Generate and manage IT infrastructure Leads from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment : Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline.
- Market Research : Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities to position company offerings effectively in the Riyadh market.
- Analytics & Reporting : Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
- Promotional Activities : Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals.
- Localization : Ensure all messaging and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonant for the local Saudi Arabian audience.
