Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily pest control operations at assigned sites

2. Lead and guide technicians for effective service delivery

3. Plan and schedule pest control activities (routine & emergency)

4. Ensure proper application of chemicals, pesticides, and fumigation methods

5. Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend solutions

6. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines

7. Monitor usage of chemicals and equipment, ensuring safe handling as per MSDS

8. Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns

9. Prepare reports, service logs, and documentation

10. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards

11. Train new staff on pest control procedures and safety practices

12. Manage inventory of chemicals, tools, and consumables

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pest control / hygiene services

2. Prior experience in Gulf countries preferred

3. Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and equipment

4. Ability to handle and supervise a team of technicians

5. Familiar with fumigation, termite treatment, rodent control, and general pest management

6. Good understanding of HSE standards and safe chemical handling (MSDS)

7. Ability to conduct site inspections and provide effective solutions

8. Good communication and client handling skills

9. Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation

10. Physically fit and able to work in field conditions

11. Relevant certification in pest control (preferred)
