Roles & Responsibilities
-Supervise labour camp operations, including accommodation, room allocation, cleanliness, and overall discipline.
- Ensure proper maintenance of camp facilities such as rooms, common areas, washrooms, utilities,
and basic repairs follow-up.
- Oversee catering and/or housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service
standards are maintained.
- Monitor and maintain camp records, attendance, staff movement, complaints, inventory, and
consumption of camp supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and service providers for camp requirements, maintenance needs, and operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, health and safety standards, and camp regulations.
- Handle basic employee welfare issues at camp level and report major matters to management in a
timely manner.
Required Experience and Qualifications-
Previous Middle East experience will be preferable.-
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in camp, facility, or accommodation supervision.
Hands-on experience in labour camp management, including accommodation and facilities.
Experience in catering supervision and/or housekeeping supervision.
Experience in facility management or accommodation management.- Basic administration knowledge, including records, attendance, and inventory handling.
Language Requirements
English, Hindi, and basic Arabic communication skills are required.
